Therapy can help us feel confident, give us a better understanding of our relationships, and allow us to feel more connected in mind and body. My aim is to offer you a safe and supportive space that allows you to explore your reasons for seeking therapy.

It's very meaningful for me, as a therapist, to be part of your therapy journey and healing. It's an honor to hear your life story, struggles, and successes. I am very lucky to sit with people who are working hard to heal and grow.

Finding the right therapist is more about trusting your gut than what modality they practice. You are going to be exploring and talking about difficult topics. You want to make sure you like your therapist enough to go with you on your therapy journey.

My background includes training in EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Harm Reduction, and Trauma Informed Care. What I love about these approaches to therapy is that they emphasize the importance of human connection, creativity, and setting realistic achievable goals.

I have experience working with people who are exploring their gender identity, Latinx, and individuals who use or misuse drugs and alcohol. Prior to becoming a Clinical Psychologist, I worked in the non-profit social service world. This gave me the opportunity to work with people who are or have experienced homelessness, LGBTQ+ youth, and individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. These communities still mean a lot to me. I want everyone to feel visible in this world.
