    I am based in Los Angeles, California and my license allows me to work with clients across the state of California.
  • Do you offer online sessions?
    Yes, all of my sessions are currently held online, which makes it easier for you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.
  • What are your fees?
    Individuals: $225 per 50 minute session Couples: $250 per 50 minute session
  • Do you accept insurance?
    At this time I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill that you may be able to submit for reimbursement, depending on your plan. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider for more details.
  • How does online therapy work?
    Online therapy is a convenient and flexible option for those in California. We'll meet weekly through Simple Practice, a secure virtual platform. All you'll need is a private place with a strong internet connection where you feel comfortable and able to talk.
  • Do you offer bi-weekly or monthly sessions?
    I currently offer weekly sessions. My approach is in-depth and I've found that weekly sessions provide the best results for creating lasting, meaningful change. Regular sessions help us keep momentum and allow us to make steady progress together.
  • Can I ask you questions about yourself or your personal views?
    Yes. I'm happy to answer questions within the boundaries of our therapeutic relationship. It's natural to be curious about the person you're working with, and I believe that a relational approach to therapy can help build trust and understanding. However, it's important to maintain the focus on your needs and goals during our sessions. While I may share some aspects of myself that are relevant to our work together, I keep the space professional and focused on supporting you.
