Services

Life’s challenges—whether trauma, grief, or major life transitions—can feel overwhelming. Therapy is a space where you can begin to heal and grow.

I specialize in working with creative professionals, leaders, members of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, and individuals who are socially conscious—those who are attuned to social justice issues, diversity, and the impact of systemic inequalities. My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore and heal, while also acknowledging the broader societal contexts that shape your experiences and identity. Individual Therapy

I work with individuals navigating complex issues like past trauma, grief, substance use, and significant life changes. My approach is rooted in understanding the powerful connection between your brain and nervous system. I believe that how we think, feel, and respond to stress is deeply tied to our biological responses, and my goal is to help you understand and regulate these reactions. I’ll work with you to identify patterns and teach you skills to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're exploring trauma recovery, grief, or life transitions, together we’ll build tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control.

Couples Therapy

I work with individuals and couples in various stages of their relationships, whether navigating a monogamous relationship, exploring consensual non-monogamy, or facing a relationship transition. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, which helps us understand how early relationships shape the way we connect with others, particularly in romantic partnerships. Together, we explore how each partner's attachment style (secure, anxious, avoidant, etc.) impacts communication, intimacy, and trust. I provide a non-judgmental, inclusive space where both partners can feel heard and understood, whether you're working through conflict, trying to deepen your emotional connection, or seeking ways to improve communication. Therapy can help couples of all dynamics—whether monogamous or consensually non-monogamous—strengthen their bond, traverse challenges, and build a foundation based on mutual respect, trust, and shared values.

Specialties

Whether you’re working through trauma, building a stronger relationship, or seeking greater self-understanding, my therapeutic approach blends these specialties to offer you a holistic, compassionate, and effective way forward.
My psychodynamic approach uncovers unconscious patterns by exploring how past experiences shape present behaviors and emotions. Practicing trauma informed care ensures that all our work is grounded in safety, trust, and empowerment. In therapy we explore the different “parts” of your self--the conflicting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can create inner tension and confusion. Parts work helps you understand these inner voices and integrate them to create a more harmonious sense of self. For trauma recovery, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is used to process traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge and helping you reframe them in a healthier way. With a harm reduction approach to substance use we practice compassion and non-judgement, focusing on making thoughtful, manageable changes toward greater well-being.
